NUR Harley Davidson der Baujahre 1903-1984 (Flathead, Knucklehead, Panhead, Ironhead und Shovelhead oder frühere HD-Motoren) dürfen auf das Event-Gelände – alle anderen Motorräder müssen VOR dem Gelände parken.
Autos sind bei der Pre Evo Party nicht willkommen! ES IST EIN BIKE MEETING!!!

Das Mitbringen von Waffen und Drogen aller Art ist untersagt!

Der Müll ist in den dafür vorgesehenen Behältern zu entsorgen!

Auf dem gesamten Gelände sind Glas und Glasflaschen untersagt!

Respektiere das Eigentum anderer!
Den Anweisungen des Personals ist in jedem Fall Folge zu leisten!

Fotografieren und Videoaufnahmen auf dem Gelände sind nur mit schriftlicher Genehmigung des Veranstalters gestattet.

Als Teilnehmer bin ich mir bewusst, dass Fotos und Videoaufnahmen meiner Person auf der Veranstaltung gemacht werden könnten, welche nach der Veranstaltung für kommerzielle oder andere Zwecke in TV, Rundfunk und in diversen sozialen Medien (Facebook, Twitter etc.) oder auf Webseiten veröffentlicht werden könnten und ich verzichte mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung auf meine Rechte nach § 22 KunstUrhG!

Bei Zuwiderhandlung kann ein Platzverweis ausgesprochen werden.

Keine Haftung für Sach- und Körperschäden vor, während oder nach der Veranstaltung!

ONLY Harley Davidson built 1903-1984 (Flathead, Knucklehead, Panhead, Ironhead and Shovelhead or earlier HD engines) are allowed in the event area! All other motorcycles have to park in front of the area outside. Cars are not welcome at the Pre Evo Party! IT'S A BIKE MEETING!!!

Bringing all kinds of weapons and drugs is prohibited! Glass and glass bottles are prohibited in the whole area!

The garbage must be disposed of in the containers provided!

Respect other people's property! The instructions of the staff must be followed in any case!

Photography and video recordings on the site are only permitted with the written approval of the organizer.

As a participant I am aware that photos and video recordings of myself could be made at the event, wich after the event can be used for commercial or other purposes on TV, radio and in various social media(Facebook, Twitter etc.) or could be published on websites and waive my rights according to § 22 KunstUrhG by participating in the event!

In the event of a violation and/or conditions, a dismissal can be issued.

No liability for property damage or personal injury before, during or after the event!
