Summary PRE EVO PARTY 2024

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE, WITHOUT YOU THE PRE EVO PARTY WOULD NOT EXIST!
Last year we were at the point where it couldn’t have been better and it wasn’t possible to improve on it, a lot of old bikes from 18(!) countries and everyone had fun and it was the same again this year! on top of that, the weather this year was finally not as hot as all the years before.
Hilde and I need a break first!

We prepare it all year on our own and we’re not getting any younger either(ok ok hilde does).
We’ll be racking our brains over the future of the pre evo party and the what, how, where, if and when in the next few weeks.
We’re just tired of everything at the moment!
Of course the Pre Evo Party is a unique place, where old-iron mechanics can meet once a year without doctors, lawyers or others arriving with their new bikes and talking about the latest Harley clothing collection.
However, continuing the pre evo party in this form is becoming increasingly difficult for us and is no longer financially viable … making a profit is and was never the plan (as I’m sure everyone of you can see from the prices at the party) but we should break even at the end.

Wo sollen wir anfangen!?!?!?
Natürlich wie immer mit dem Team!
DANKE FÜR ALLES, WAS IHR GETAN HABT, OHNE EUCH GÄBE ES DIE PRE EVO PARTY NICHT!
Letztes Jahr waren wir an dem Punkt, wo es nicht besser hätte sein können und nicht mehr zu steigern war, mit vielen alten Bikes und alle hatten Spaß, und so war es dieses Jahr auch wieder (Biker aus 18(!) Ländern)! – dazu kam, dass das Wetter dieses Jahr endlich mal nicht so heiß war wie all die Jahre zuvor.
Hilde und ich brauchen erstmal eine Pause!
Wir bereiten die P.E.P. das ganze Jahr alleine vor und werden auch nicht jünger (ok ok Hilde schon).
Über die Zukunft der Pre Evo Party und das Was, Wie, Wo, Ob und Wann werden wir uns in den nächsten Wochen den Kopf zerbrechen.
Wir haben im Moment einfach alles satt!
Natürlich ist die Pre Evo Party ein einmaliger Ort, an dem sich jährlich alte Eisenfreaks treffen können, ohne dass Ärzte, Anwälte oder andere mit ihren neuen Bikes ankommen und über die neuste Harley-Bekleidungskollektion reden.
Allerdings wird es für uns immer schwieriger, die Pre Evo Party in der Form weiterzuführen und zu finanzieren …
Gewinn zu machen ist und war nie der Plan (wie sicher jeder von euch an den Preisen auf der Party erkennen kann), aber wir sollten am Ende eine schwarze Null schreiben.
